U.S. Customer's Ordering Requirements

The following information is required by Hawman Container Services for continental U.S. customers.

 

1. Fully completed Purchase Orders signed and on your company's letterhead .

 

2. Credit Application for NET 30 Days.  We will also take C.O.D. and company charge cards.

For credit, please fill out and submit our "online credit application"

3.  IRS or federal Tax ID Number (required for US Customs).

 

4. Your US Customs Broker information.

 

5. Your preferred Transport carrier who would pickup the goods and transport to your facility.
